Q. What happens if I would like to keep the car for longer?
A:Just tell us prior to the last day and we will make arrangements
to extend the rental - failure to do this will leave you with a
heavier bill than you anticipated.
Q: When I get to the airport where do I collect the car?
A: Your reservation number will be in the confirmation email
you receive from us. This will give you details of where to collect
the vehicle.
Q: What time does the vehicle have to be back?
A: We run on a 24-hour rolling basis - this means that if you
hire a car at 10:00am you will need to get the car returned by this
time on the drop-off date. Penalties can be incurred for late return
of a vehicle.
Q: What is the difference between Super Cover and Standard Cover?
A: Super Cover will lower your excess amount payable
in the event of an accident. Standard Cover sees
you paying less per day on the hire of the car but you will be liable
for a greater excess amount.
Q: What are Drop Off-Fees?
A: Drop-Off fees will be incurred if your place of rental and
or place of return are different. Should you, for example hire a
car in Johannesburg but return it in Cape Town, a fee will be charged.
No fee is charged if the pick-up and drop-off location is the same.
